He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about what he does. His ability to communicate fluently in several languages made the experience even more enjoyable. The initial game drive was canceled due to the weather but Karen, the ops manager kept in contact with us and we were able to reschedule for the mid morning drive. Promise, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable He was very good. This game drive was, in the words of my wife, the crown of our visit to Pilanesberg.
